The accommodation used by Explore Independence is of a high standard. The fire department and the Environmental Health visit all premises from time to time to offer advice and recommendations, which are always fully implemented.

Our project co-coordinators supervise a small team of sectional workers. Each Young Person will be allocated a key worker. The key worker visits the Young People on a daily basis. The Young People are expected to come to the Training Center for any arranged training course unless an arrangement has been made for in-house training.
