Quality Assurance Policy 

 

The goal of Explore Independence is to, at all times, provide our clients with high-quality services. Our aim therefore, is to establish a working environment where the need for quality is always recognised, understood and routinely implemented. To this end, it is the policy of Explore Independence that:-

 

  • All our Clients requirements and expectations are adequately defined, monitored and properly documented

  • An effective documented management system is being utilised on every project promoting streamlined and error-free operation in each part of the business

  • All employees are expected to know and be accountable for adherence to the policy and procedures, in so far as they relate to what they do

  • The management system shall be regularly reviewed to ensure its adequacy and shall have the fully committed support of both management and staff

  • Programs for continuous improvement shall always be promoted

  • The management shall encourage teamwork and adopt best practices to ensure that quality is maintained at all time and that adequate staff training is provided and is also subject to regular review.

  • Explore Independence is always sensitive to clients needs therefore, demonstrating that we care about the things they care about and turning any problems into a positive experience.

Quality Statement

Explore Independence strives to provide our clients with services that meet the highest standards through sustained commitment to the use of qualified, professional, dedicated and experienced staff. We will comply with the Quality Assessment Framework QAF defined Minimum Standards and good practice objectives designed to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent manner across all providers.

 

We are committed to meeting, sustaining and maintaining the highest standards in areas of Needs and Risk Assessment, Support Planning, Security, Health & Safety, Protection from Abuse, Equalities, Diversity, and Inclusion as well as Complaints.

Our Internal Procedure

Explore Independence has up to date IT infrastructure to keep up with the needs of the business. We currently use software such as Sage, Windows etc and we also conduct regular systems upgrades.  All Internal personnel are fully trained and have their training reviewed every 6 months.
